Each eligible person may register only one (1) Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any pending bonus funds, and potential forfeiture of winnings derived from duplicate account activity.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You undertake to keep this information updated at all times and to notify icuci88 promptly of any material changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. icuci88 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

KYC Verification: icuci88 may at any time, and must prior to the processing of any withdrawal, require you to complete identity verification ("KYC"). Acceptable identity documents include a Malaysian National Identification Card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address may also be required. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.

Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, icuci88 grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for lawful personal entertainment purposes only.

You agree that your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk and discretion. icuci88 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we endeavour to maintain platform availability of 97% or above, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access and shall not be liable for temporary outages, maintenance windows, or third-party infrastructure failures.

You acknowledge that online gambling carries inherent financial risk and that the outcome of any game or bet is subject to chance. icuci88 does not guarantee any winnings, and no representations made on the Platform shall be construed as a guarantee of financial return.

icuci88 supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for Malaysian players: FPX, DuitNow, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and cryptocurrency channels including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT — TRC-20 network), and Litecoin (LTC).

6.1 Deposits: Deposits are credited to your account in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit for cryptocurrency transactions. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion. icuci88 does not charge fees on MYR deposits; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.

6.2 Withdrawals: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. icuci88 targets a withdrawal processing time of five (5) minutes on average during standard operating hours; however, withdrawals may be delayed pending KYC verification, AML review, or during high-volume periods.

6.3 Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated. icuci88 reserves the right to refuse or delay withdrawal requests that appear to be connected with fraudulent, irregular, or suspicious activity.

6.4 Fund Security: All player funds are held in accounts segregated from icuci88's operational funds. Your deposited balance is protected and will be returned to you upon account closure, subject to any applicable withholding obligations under AML or fraud investigation requirements.

icuci88 offers various promotional incentives to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and the 2% crypto deposit bonus (capped at MYR 688 per transaction). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to each promotion, in addition to the general conditions set out in this clause.

7.1 Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, game contribution rates, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps will be published in the relevant promotion details.

7.2 One Bonus at a Time: A player may only hold one active bonus at any given time unless icuci88 explicitly specifies otherwise. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses concurrently may result in all bonus funds being forfeited.

7.3 Bonus Abuse: icuci88 employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting patterns, low-risk hedging across linked accounts, and systematic exploitation of welcome offers via multiple accounts. icuci88 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings where abuse is identified.

7.4 Referral Programme: The Refer A Friend programme pays up to RM50 per successful referral with no cap on the number of referrals. A "successful referral" requires the referred person to register a new, unique account, complete KYC verification, and make a qualifying first deposit. The referring player must themselves be in good standing with no outstanding Terms violations.

All sports bets placed on the icuci88 sportsbook — including markets on Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and other competitions — are governed by the specific rules published for each sport and market type within the Platform. These rules are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8.1 Bet Settlement: Bets will be settled in accordance with the official result recognised by the relevant sporting body or league. In the event of disputes regarding the outcome of a match or event, icuci88's decision, made in good faith based on available official information, shall be final.

8.2 Voided Bets: icuci88 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets placed on markets published with incorrect odds due to a manifest error — without prior notice. Voided bet stakes are returned to the player's account balance.

8.3 Casino Games: All RNG-based casino games available on the Platform are certified for fairness by independent accredited testing laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages vary by game and studio; players are encouraged to review individual game information panels for RTP data.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, icuci88, its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and technology partners shall not be liable to you for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other economic loss arising from your gaming activity;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether planned or unplanned;
• Third-party payment provider delays, errors, or failures in processing deposits or withdrawals;
• Decisions made by sporting bodies, referees, or league administrators that affect the outcome of any bet.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit icuci88's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by icuci88's negligence, to the extent such exclusion is not permitted by law.

icuci88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Account inactivity (defined as no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months — a monthly administrative fee of RM10 may be applied to dormant accounts after this period, subject to a minimum balance requirement);
• Receipt of a regulatory instruction or court order requiring account suspension or fund retention.

You may close your account at any time by contacting icuci88 customer support. Upon account closure, any verified available balance will be returned to you via your last used payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and AML review.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which icuci88 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through icuci88's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.

Players accessing the Platform from Malaysia acknowledge that they do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform is lawful under Malaysian law. icuci88 makes no representation that the Platform or its content is appropriate or available for use in all locations.

icuci88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
